The Corporate Sports Network (CSN) is set to return to Jeph International University, Butabika, on Sunday, August 30, 2026, for another action-packed corporate sports outing as companies battle for honours across four disciplines.
The August outing, which kicks off at 8:00am sharp, will feature basketball, soccer, Soccer 35+ and athletics, bringing together corporate teams for a day of competition, fitness and networking.
Information released by CSN’s technical team ahead of the outing indicates that athletics and basketball will get the day underway at 8:00am, with the soccer programme scheduled to follow immediately after the athletics events.
Organisers say the carefully structured programme is intended to keep the competition running smoothly while giving participating teams enough time to complete their fixtures.
Athletics will once again be conducted under the timed-performance format, with winners determined by the fastest recorded times.
The format, which has been embraced by CSN, is designed to promote fairness and transparency while reducing delays associated with traditional heats. It also allows the athletics programme to move efficiently and keeps the overall outing on schedule.
For the participating corporates, the August outing offers another opportunity to combine sporting ambition with the networking spirit that has become a defining feature of CSN events.
With the outing just around the corner, CSN has urged all participating companies to complete and submit their player registrations by Friday, August 21, 2026.
A verified list of athletes is expected to be released five days before the event, giving teams an opportunity to confirm their participants ahead of competition day.
CSN also encourages companies to submit accurate player information to ensure a smooth verification process and avoid last-minute complications.
