The second outing of the Corporate Sports Network games is set for Sunday, March 23, 2025, at the Makerere University Business School (MUBS Arena)
According to CSN’s technical manager, Asadu Semeere, the outing will see companies participate in both the normal soccer games and the 35+ games. The outing will also see the preliminary stages of basketball kick off. He also reveals that to help participants come to grips with the newly introduced game of darts, there will be a special training session for participants.
“We encourage teams to register two participants, a male and a female for darts. There will be a team on the ground to take them through the intricacies of the game, like scoring and other rules. We also encourage team managers to confirm participation in basketball and 35+ games. They can send an email to technical@csn.ug, gm@csn.ug, and info@csn.ug.
In the same vein, Charles Ssempagala, GM Corporate Sports Network, confirmed the entry of new corporate companies, namely Equity Bank and Post Bank. He said that having them on board speaks volumes about the right direction CSN is taking and its value offering. “We welcome all the new entries. For us, it is a vote of confidence. Slots are still open for other companies to join until next month,” he told the website.
