For a better part of last year, the CSN secretariat visited some companies that make up the Corporate Social Network, and the insights and interactions went great lengths in strengthening the relations between the stakeholders.
The initiative is set to resume this year, and according to communication from the General Manager CSN, a team that comprises the Chairman Board, Mr Mike Kajubi; GM, Mr Charles Ssempagala; and select members of the Exco will visit Hariss International on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
Ssempagala says that last year, the team managed to visit 10 companies. However, this year, they intend to pay a courtesy call to all the companies that make up the Corporate Sports Network.
“The insights we picked up on the way, the interactions went great lengths in proving why every professional company needs to build strong business relationships to be successful,” Sempagala said.
Ssempagala says these connections are some of the most valuable assets CSN has in both the short and long term. They are worth nurturing. For instance, we received both good and bad feedback, some of which was so brutally honest, it has shaped the way we shall do things in the future.
“For us, maintaining these relationships with our clients has helped us understand their needs and given us meaningful feedback, which will not only help us meet but also exceed their expectations in our operations,” he concluded.
