As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we’re shining a well-deserved spotlight on the incredible women who run the show at Corporate Sports Network. In executing their duties, these women take charge, push boundaries, and continue to empower, inspire, and transform. Their work constantly reminds us why they are the main event at CSN.
Diana Muttu, Compliance Director

Meet her for the first time, and you will assume she is just a happy-go-lucky lady, for whom life is just one big party. Don’t be mistaken. Behind that laid-back veneer, tight jeans, and All Star sneakers (her favourite) is a woman of steel. She is a very strong, determined, and resilient woman, capable of handling difficult situations with unwavering resolve. As a Director of Compliance, she is responsible for ensuring that companies comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
She has exhibited strong regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, analytical skills, ethical integrity, and leadership, which puts her on a higher pedestal and one worth celebrating.
Esther Nabukalu, Administrator

Flashback. December 2024. If you attended CSN’s maiden dinner at Silver Springs Hotel and were blown away by the class and attention to detail, it was all Esther’s work. She loves attention to detail, and this has put her on a collision course with those who live lax lifestyles. She has a dual personality. The laid-back, conversational type, when the day’s tasks are completed to her satisfaction, and a tough-looking and talking type, when you interfere as she goes about her work.
As an administrator at CSN, she primarily manages the administrative functions. Whether it is scheduling meetings or coordinating communication during outings, she is there. She is so good at what she does; she also delves with distinction in supporting senior leadership and facilitating decision-making processes at CSN. Seeing her go about her duties, many have asked, Does she have a social life?
Julie Makune, Operations Manager

Does Julie Makune, popularly known as ‘Julie Juice,’ ever get annoyed? Maybe when she is out of sight. She is always bubbly and full of life. She is the shock absorber at CSN. When agitated managers or players come to the technical bench frothing from the corners of their mouths about poor officiating, she disarms them with a smile or tap on the shoulder before the conversation turns cordial. She is the reason behind happy vendors. When, during a previous outing, she offered free crates of beer and soda to companies, many thought it was a prank. She meant it. She is behind initiatives like monthly birthday babies’ celebrations, which are increasing in popularity.
Aside from that, she executes her role of overseeing the day-to-day management of CSN and strategizing for long-term success with excellence. She also plays a crucial role in strategic planning, working closely with the EXCO and BOD to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the CSN’s growth.
