Astra Corporate Sports Network has announced its plans to hold the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The meeting, which will review reports from last year, will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Hotel Africana.
Mr. Julius Ikwete, the Board Secretary of Astra Corporate Sports Network, says that the AGM, slated for 3:00 PM, will address various key agenda items, including the presentations of reports from the Chairman Board of Directors and Chairman Exco, a recap of the 2024 season, and preparations for the 2025 season, among other items on the agenda.
“This AGM serves as a vital forum to reflect on our accomplishments, outline strategic goals, and engage in meaningful discussions on key matters crucial to our organisation’s growth and success. Your presence and active participation will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of CSN,” he said.
